Our Pricing Structure
We do not charge by the hour. We supply a fixed price, which is usually to your advantage and not to ours. Because we know our drivers work quickly and efficiently and go straight from A to B , we can give a fixed price and if we come across traffic it is our problem and not yours, you won't have to keep clock watching to see how much extra you will have to pay.

There are NO Hidden charges, we will not charge you extra's without your knowledge, all our charges are clearly stated in our quote.

Congestion Charges (where applicable)
Toll Charges (where applicable)
Parking Charges (where applicable)

Fuel and mileage
are included in the fixed price given.

Our quote will be fair and upstanding,
however if you have received a quote from us and have misrepresented your items you have to move / the floor your items are on or going to / parking distance and availability / there may well be extra charges, therefore it is always important to give an accurate description in all of these areas.

You may pay by debit/ credit card in advance to the office (at least 5 working days before the date of your move) or by cash to the driver on the day. You should make sure that you have the cash ready in advance as cash point visits and waiting times are chargeable.
